Meet Our Key People

Mike Cirillo, CPM

President

After earning a degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis on real estate finance from California State University Fullerton, Mike became the 3rd generation community owner/operator. Mike is a recognized expert in community operations, facilities maintenance, infrastructure replacement and resident relations. Mike is a licensed Real Estate Broker, Manufactured Home Dealer and C-47 Contractor. In addition to being a Certified Property Manager, Mike is a past president of the Western Manufactured Housing Communities Association, a member of the California Association of Realtors and Nevada Community Owners Association.

 

Jeff Leek

General Manager

Jeff has been with the Star Companies for more than 20 years. He is intimately familiar with the day-to-day operations of a manufactured housing community. Jeff knows the ins and outs of community management because he works side-by-side with managers and maintenance alike. He is licensed to sell new and resale homes, and manages the company’s portfolio of rental units. Jeff oversees construction projects, such as infrastructure replacement, capital improvements and refurbishing rental units.

 

Cyndi Hove

Internal Operations Manager

Cyndi is involved in recruiting new team members and works closely with the human resources staff. In addition to authoring many procedures, she has been involved in training both corporate staff and field personnel. Cyndi has worked in many areas of the company such as the application processing, collections departments, accounting department and has headed up many special projects. She is also a key liaison with our clients and bankers. Cyndi has been a key member of the team for over 19 years.
